# Investment Clubs?

No - Investment Clubs are web3 solutions for a different problem. They don't solve investment operation risks and inefficiencies at scale in Web2 and Web3

### <mark style="color:yellow;">**Investment Clubs are not well suited for large scale equity investments**</mark>

These Clubs (Usually DAOs), or the Organizations that enable their Creation (Web3 SaaS for Investment DAOs/ Crypto Launchpads), are unscalable because they have big limitations in terms of flexibility, reliability, and compliance. Every participant is a General Partner (GP), and there is 99 members MAX.&#x20;

Long story short, these are useful to buy a precious NFT collection among friends, for instance, but it is <mark style="color:purple;">**not the kind of investment firm a Startup would want to have on their Cap Table**</mark>.
