No - Investment Clubs are web3 solutions for a different problem. They don't solve investment operation risks and inefficiencies at scale in Web2 and Web3

Investment Clubs are not well suited for large scale equity investments

These Clubs (Usually DAOs), or the Organizations that enable their Creation (Web3 SaaS for Investment DAOs/ Crypto Launchpads), are unscalable because they have big limitations in terms of flexibility, reliability, and compliance. Every participant is a General Partner (GP), and there is 99 members MAX.

Long story short, these are useful to buy a precious NFT collection among friends, for instance, but it is not the kind of investment firm a Startup would want to have on their Cap Table.
